Just left ob triage.
my hcg levels have dropped by 100 since yesterday. Looks like a loss for me. Especially with the pretty heavy bleeding that started shortly after my blood work was drawn.
I am so sorry. Had you seen a doctor for fertility treatment? Three years is a very long time. Considering that and your current loss, I would personally get in to see a fertility specialist to discuss getting pregnant and maintaining a future pregnancy.
I hope this works out, but if not, definitely see someone. I'll be thinking about you.

Just when I started to accept this pregnancy and become excited about it. It's been 3 years and we hadn't gotten pregnant, I was beginning to worry. This is why I didn't tell anyone I was pregnant.
I have to keep my appointment for Monday for an ultrasound. I don't really even think I want to go for that, I don't want more bad news.
Sorry for the random topics. Just guess I'm in shock.
I had been on Mirena, and it moved to right below my uterus. I had it taken out a few months before the 5 year mark, and had I left if in any longer it would have punctured my uterus.
I hadn't seen a fertility specialist since we weren't trying, but now I might consider if I do decide I want to try again.
