Can barley move :'(

Well I went to the beach yesterday (South shields) and it was amazing went on one of the huge rides (6 weeks post Emer C section) and it was amazing didn't her me at all had an amazing time went to go get off the ride ( needed help to get one because I was too small lol) the man wouldn't help me get off and I fell flat on my face and all the way down the metal grated stairs onto my knee and elbow.. Thought I was fine but just woke up to see Andrew and I literally can't move my arm :( and it's all bruised and swollen :( god dam those bloody stairs ?
