Does any one know ?? I have been so itchy everywhere like to the point where I want to rip my skin off, it isn't just on…

I'd phone triage, itching can be a sign of something to do with the liver I think (sorry can't remember the name of it) x

I think itching is a sign of high blood pressure call midwife to be sure

Call up your maternity unit n they should run bloods on you Hun x if it's OC then they'll give you medication n monitor you, it could be something like eczema which I had during pregnancy x

Av just been diagnosed with some liver thing ?been saying for weeks Nd weeks no one has listened .. Now am stuck in hospital due a liver scan and baby scan today ! Might have to deliver ma wee girl early at 26 weeks .. Don't let them fob you off Drs or midwifes they did me Nd now there watching me like a hawk xx

Oh Jesus was hoping for a "it's pregnancy get over it" kind of response didn't think it actually ment something going to call my midwife see what she says just had a cool shower there going to see if that stops it thanks ladies xx

They says its pregnancy getting itchy skin or ma skins dry ! Never had dry skin ever ! Dr on Wednesday wasn't even gonny take blood she says "don't think it's a liver thing cause you don't have a jaundice colour" well ma bloods have came back saying I do have it just not yellow coloured .. So stressed ? xx

I had this when I was around 17/18 weeks, I made an appointment at the doctors, they took blood to make sure it wasn't my liver and prescribed me Piriton, it worked an absolute treat!!xx

Omg I'm the same I just thought it was restless legs and tingling as silly as it sounds a warm shower helps sooth it until I get out then get in to bed and it starts all over again - arrrrrr of you find any solutions please keep me posted

I had oc usually it's found in late pregnancy they don't like to let you go 40weeks as chances of still born are high, I had a pain under my boobs(liver) and was very sick so went In at 32weeks the took some bloods and told me I had oc and if I had been itching which I had but I hadn't paid much attention to it as I thought just normal pregnancy thing, I was given a date to be induced at 37weeks I had to come to hospital every other day to have bloods taken and baby monitored my liver level were very high but then stayed the same at 36weeks I was given piriton and cream for the itching and baby was born at 37+3 via section due to failed induction and baby wasn't happy she was born with jaundice and had a hospital stay of 4days and then home:) and she weighed a healthy 8lb
