I'm using Unblemish by Rodan and Fields (with clarifying toner, NOT the spot fading toner) and it is helping so much! I love it.

Baking soda doesn't burn your skin. It's a very gentle exfoliant. Witch hazel is also a good toner and again, gentle on the skin and very inexpensive. Try to find a gel based moisturizer that won't clog your pores. Just try to avoid trying a bunch of different products or switching it up bc you don't see results right away. Bc that can do a lot more harm than good and it can make the problem worse bc your skin is trying adjust to all the different chemicals you're putting on it. GL!!

I have always had problems with Acne. My dermatologist has always told me to use Neutrogena products. I know your skin is breaking out due to pregnancy, but you may want to try some of the Neutrogena stuff. I used the Acne face wash and every other night I wear the Clear Pore Mask/Cleanser for like thirty minutes, then wash my face. I also use Eucerin Intensive Repair lotion for very dry skin on my face after I shower. This pregnancy my skin around my lips has been VERY dry ugh. It looks so gross! But I do highly recommend the Neutrogena products. I've been using them for years!

I'm worried baking soda will just dry out and burn my skin

Wash with baking soda and water pat dry then take a portion of a ripe banana peel and rub all over face and neck before bed leave on while sleeping. Its natural inexpensive and wrks great plus 1banana will last 3-4 days. I had really bad skin as well started doing this writhing a few days it was amazing results. And drink lots of water to that always helps

My doc told me, I'm 11 weeks, that any over the counter face scrub should be fine. Try one with an exfoliant and end with a oil free lotion! I had acne before I got pregnant and it went out of control for a while. There are certain acne medications, most have to be prescribed, to stay away from so I'd do a little research

Mine was bad only in the first tri...nothing helped but time. Good luck! Sorry I don't have more to offer, but maybe a little light at the end of the tunnel ?

I use the Simple line. It's all natural and isn't that expensive. I use the cleansing gel wash if my face is greasy and the moisturizing cream wash if I'm getting patches of what I like to call "lizard skin". Then they have the oil free moisturizer too, but I prefer to use aloe gel cus it's unscented and has antibacterial properties and provides a light protective coating against things like smoke and perfumes in the outside world.

Wash your face twice a day and use a makeup removing wipe before cleansing if you wear markup.

Hope that helps.

I have no tips but I just want to say mine is gross too. So many pimples mostly around my mouth and chin, it's so gross

I just started using this peppermint oil with hemp oil that I got from target. I've noticed a difference in a few days.

I was using tea tree oil from the body shop and it was working but it just seemed to stop after a while. My face never got worse but it never got any better.

4 drops of jajoba oil mixed with 1-2 stops of tea tree oil. Apply it to your face morning and night. I was having really bad break outs and after 3 weeks of doing this my face has dramatically cleared up. I know it sounds weird to put an oil on your face when it's breaking out, but the jajoba oil works. Google it to see it's benifits.

I use cetaphil with facial buffer (loofah) to exfoliate. Baking soda mixed in also works.

Biore charcoal cleanser works amazing.

Mine is doing the same. Complete opposite of my first pregnancy it was perfect. I've actually just been using water and baking soda to clean it. The baking soda exfoliates it gently and makes it smooth as a baby's bottom. Also it's good for skin imperfections and it's natural. I'd give that a try! Just wet ur face with a warm wash cloth and while ur fingers are wet dip in the baking soda so a paste forms on them and use like that. U might add a bit more water just experiment Rinse it off and voila!
