My doctor is so s***
So I'm not feeling very well and wanted to take a Lemsip.. Before doing so I called my doctor and asked if it would be ok. After speaking to the receptionist she put me though to the doctor who reassured me it was okay to take and I did so. 10 minuets later the phone rings... It's the receptionist again saying she cut me off by mistake. She had spoken to a doctor and he said it was not safe to drink because of all the other ingredients!!!!!!!!!! What the hell is going on!!!!! I'm so worried now :'(

Sounds like patient confusion or he looked it up and changed his mind. One dose shouldn't cause any trouble. But I'd double check about the confusion. I'm unfamiliar with that med sorry.

Personally I would have looked it up myself before even calling the doctor to see if it's okay to take. But only because I'm a worry wart about those sorts of things. I'm sure you'll be fine!
