Gynie is sooo sore ?
So I am moving house and today was moving day. I live in a huge 5 bedroom house and there was only me n my 2 sons there. I hired removalists to lift the heavy stuff. Yet I my whole body hurts. I shifted things and lifted things I shouldn’t of. My feet got swollen by the end of it all. But my gynie is hurting bad. Especially when I walk. As is my lower back! So now I’m freaking out I did too much and harmed the baby?? I’m 15w6days

We are in the process of moving as well and I went clean the new house Sunday with some help from a friend. Monday I did absolutely nothing. I was exhausted the entire day. Moving while pregnant is definitely not ideal lol.
