I’ve got this nasty chest infection which I got on antibiotics today but this arvo I’ve thrown up twice which has been phelm and last time was phelm and bile ?? I don’t know wether I go up to ER or not. I’m so sick of being sick!! Just got over morning sickness then this kills me ? Add to it I’ve lost my voice and parenting has become a challenge! One sick n tired Mamma ???

Sooo I woke up 3 times last night coughing and throwing up phelm and bile. My whole body hurts. I’ll go look for that nasal spray thing today! Cos my nose goes from blocked to running like a tap. I feel like absolute poop this morning. And to make it worse my little one woke up with a sore throat. Which is how it started for me ? I tried so hard to not let my kids get it! Oh and woke up to no bread or milk in the house for breakfast! One of those mornings unfortunately ?

Try taking it with food. It may help. Also like pp said, sinus rinces and/or spray can help the nasal congestion. Antibiotics usualy start to work around 48 hours. So hang in there momma you’ll feel better soon. :-)

I had head congestion too and my partner got me some nasal spray which was awesome to be fair, horrible but really helped..it was no drugs but more a seawater thing?!? Think it was called sterimar or something like that. It helped with my head but not the chest unfortunately

I’ll be happy if it’s only once a night throw up. I’m so done. Feel like absolute crap ?Sucks yours went on for so long. Hope your feeling better soon Mamma ❤️ pharmacy don’t help that’s for sure. And I’ve never had the flu like this ever. My doc also wants me to have the flu shot in 2wks when I go back to see her.

I've had this for 3 weeks now. I usually just get it up and get sick once during the night and when I wake up in the morning, I don't think its really an ER thing but I am soooo sick of it too, the antibiotics is probably helping you clear it out.
I'm meant to get the flu jab the past 3 weeks but they won't give it to me until this has cleared.. The pharmacy are barely any help.. Paracetamol is all they will give me and they nearly wouldn't give me fisherman's friends which is just a really strong mint.
