Nasty cold ?
What can I take or do while I’ve caught a nasty cold off my walking germed kids? My throat kills, as does my ears and head! I also think I’m getting a urine infection ? To add to it all I’m packing as I’ve gotta move. Couldn’t of come as a worse time!

The phelm def kicked in last night and today woke up with no voice ???♀️ hard to parent 2 kids with no voice. So thank god school started again today haha. Seeing my doc today so hopefully she gives me something to rid this nasty thing. I’ll ask about what your talking about too Mammas. Must be called something different in Aussie I’m thinking ?

Thank you Mamma chey ?? I will try anything. My head is going to explode soon. My throat feels like I’ve swallowed nails. It feels like all the phelm is in my chest. Nothing in my nose. Bit weird. But maybe that’s still coming ??♀️
Robotussin dm or other things containing dextramethoraphane are safe that’s for cough.
Sore throat I would do honey / lemon “tea”
Tylenol for headache and pain if you have.
For uti as soon as I feel one coming on I drink an entire bottle of cranberry juice as fast as possible ( usually still takes me almost half a day ) parsley water does the same same with dandelion but I’m not sure about pregnancy safety for that
Thanks Vee. What is Halls? I just made a hot drink with lemon n honey and ginger. This sickness is making me feel nauseas so trying to keep it down. Also made chicken noodle soup with lots of garlic and ginger in it. I feel like absolute poop!
Take Tylenol for headaches and body aches, sleep with a humidifier on in your room, rub Vicks on your chest and under your feet then put on socks. If your throat hurts take halls, I usually get a spoon with honey, squeeze lemon on it and swallow it. This is my 4th pregnancy and I never fail to get sick at least once lol

I bit the bulletin and bought a few bikini tops. I haven’t worn a bikini top since before having kids but I’m doing it this year. I’ve been working so hard on myself with working out and eating better. I’m also just feeling more comfortable in my own skin. I have some saggy skin and stretch marks but ya know what I’ve seen worse at the beach haha. I’m proud of myself for this!! I’m owning my belly this summer!!! F it ya know?
