Trigger. Lost baby

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. Something just happened I just went to go pee & I was wiping & then I got this excruciating cramp in my lower back & it went 2 my tummy so I was leanin on the counter waiting for the cramping 2 stop then this stuff just started gushing/leaking out of me onto the floor & down my leg I'm not sure what it was, it was a clearish white-ish see through color😨
