How do you Mammas sleep?
I’m finding that if I lay on one side for too long either my arm or leg goes dead or I get insane pins and needles. And if I lay on my back too long my lower back hurts. So sleeping in one position for too long is a no go for me. Is anyone else having this problem too? I’m 13wk1day
I’m still sleeping on my belly ? I did the same with my first well into the second trimester. Even if I don’t start there, I always wake up on my belly! The further along I got though, I used a body pillow to keep myself from flipping. I tried a pregnancy pillow, but it was way too bulky! The body pillow gave just enough support and was easy to maneuver when I wanted to flip over ?
I never got this till much later in my other pregnancies. So can’t remember what I did then either. My youngest is 5yrs old lol
But I’ll try the pillow trick tonight cos I need some good few hrs sleep. I’m waking up still tired and I can’t be. I’ve gotta pack and move. Thanks Mammas x
That I shall try. Do your body parts not fall asleep or get pins and needles with a pillow between your legs?
This is my third pregnancy/baby and I don’t remember having this so early with my last 2. Thinking of going to buy a body pillow today and seeing if that helps. Cos this waking every 30mins to move is insane. I normally could sleep in one position or not much movements all night to sleeping like a stunned mullet haha
I’m 11w2d and have the same thing!! Hip and leg will start hurting or go to sleep then I get up to pee and can’t get back to bed. I got up at 2:30 this morning and couldn’t sleep after. It was 3 yesterday. Would love advice this is my first pregnancy so not sure what I can do to help
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
A full nights sleep hasn’t happened for me yet in this pregnancy yet either. Apart from at the very beginning. Once nausea hit that fairy tale ended. And last night was one of those crap nights vomiting included and ofcourse I’ve got a full day ahead of footy carnivals for my eldest boy. I’m already dreading it.
