What can I drink???
I can’t find anything nice to drink and I feel like I’m getting dehydrated constantly with lack of drinks that my taste buds actually like!! I’m so over it... if I’m not drinking I’m not eating ? when will this end?? What do you ladies drink?? Need ideas ? I’ve done fruit infusions, cordial, lemon water. I’m scared I’ll get gestational diabetes if I keep drinking cordial ? ideas please Mamma... can’t wait to get out of this stage!

I did gaterade watered down a lot. It was all that sounded good. Now I’m on apple juice idk why. I feel anything that keeps me hydrated at this point is good cause it won’t be too long for me to be drinking it

I’m in the same boat - nothing sounds good and I know I’m not getting enough fluids. I’ve been forcing lots of hot tea and la croix as well as ice water and those settle okay :)

Thanks ladies. I usually love my water but atm I can’t stand it. Taste sooo off to me but I’m missing it soooooo much!!!!! I’ll try ice it and see if I can drink it that way. I can’t stand Powerade at the best of times and I did try it last week but I can’t stand the taste. These taste buds are highly frustrating!! All I can handle atm is coffee, frozen coke, cordial(one flavour only) and almond milk.
Thanks mammas. Hopefully only a few more weeks to go and I’ll be over this little taste bud yuckyiness ??

Super cold ice water is my go to (I generally hate water, too) - a stainless steel water bottle is great for this! I’ll occasionally have an iced tea or apple juice, but not often. I have several friends who have run into problems b/c of sugar intake (I live in the South - people here love their sweet tea and soda!), so I’m careful. Careful with the tea, soda, and coffee (herbal tea is fine), as the caffeine is dehydrating. Watermelon is a great food option to help with hydration!

Lemon water, Gatorade, Vitamin Waters, sparkling flavored waters, hot teas, iced teas, ginger ale, La Croix, lemonades, infused waters with things like strawberries, lemons, and cucumbers.
It’s also suggested that if you can’t seem to stand water to try and eat lots of melon because it has high water content.
I cannot wait for watermelon to be in season.

Are you familiar with topochico and sidral? I pour myself a cup, half of each and it works wonders.

The only thing I can really stomach is unsweetened tea and coke icees. Everything else is too sweet for me. I hate water anyway

I drink generic la Croix! Lemon, grapefruit and coconut are my favorite flavors!

I drink Arizona Green Tea, it's delicious

I’ve been drinking milk, water, sparkling water, gateraid, smoothies, and some juice. I’ve been doing half juice, half sparkling water so I’m not getting so much sugar, and then it has bubbles.

I made my own morning tea with lemon, ginger and honey. I drink coconut water sometimes, regular water and sometimes flavored sparkling water (la croixe, flavored perrier, etc). I mix it up so I’m not having the same thing all the time.

Same.
Lemon water is nice for me but it doesn't quench a thirst. Ice cold water is my turn to though

The only thing I can drink is ice water. But it has to be really cold. I put it in a travel mug so it stays colder longer. I can sometimes drink flavoured drinks too but they also have to be ice cold

Try different herbal teas!

You can have Powerade, also try things with ginger in it as it settles nausea
