It can be done. .:) I do it with a four year old and a 2 year old and my twins I've done it several different ways I've worn one put and put one in a cart while I'm putting another cart. Once I got my nice double stroller I put the twins in the stroller for my 4 yr old to push the stroller and I push the cart. I think you just have to figure out what works for you the first couple times I did it was a lot of work but now it's definitely easier. My boys are now 8 months and I do it once a week

My twins aren't here yet, but I have a 5yr old, almost 2 yr old and can barely get around because I'm getting so big. I usually just make a list for my hubby and he goes to the store and gets it while I stay home with the kids. Or sometimes we drop them off at a grandparent's house.

We order groceries online. I'm pregnant but on bed rest so this has been the best solution. Both Walmart and Kroger/king soopers offer this service. Walmart delivery is between $5-$7 and if you pick it up its free. :-)

I have my husband. Ill probably end up going on the weekends when hes home. Or ill try the new wal-mart to go thing, that way all I have to do is either go pick it up or have it dropped off. Or have my husband pick it up in his way home.

Is it possible to leave them with someone? I stopped going with kids when our twins were born. I either get up early and go before my husband goes to work or after he works. Or I'll go on the weekend when he's home. I stock up for the week so I only need to once every 1-2 weeks.

My boys will be 2 and 4 when twins are born. I bought a long, woven wrap and will practice wrapping stuffed animals until they arrive.
