Is Severe Lower Stomach Pain Normal at 20 Weeks with Twins?
someone help....
Hey ladies so im currently 20w2d with di/di twin boys but im having a lot of pain at the bottom of my stomach. It feels like how a pulled muscle would, everytime I get out of bed and when I walk. To pick up my legs(walking motion) makes the bottom of my stomach hurt. It feels as if im pulling a tight rubber band apart and its snapping back together. Im not really sure how else to explain it but it feels so sore its killing me. Is this a normal feeling.? Has anyone else felt something like this.? Should I be concerned.? **side note** second pregnancy, but never felt this with my first. Somebody please help...

Thinking round ligament pain.. i will say that i had a surgery about 3 months before i got pregnant (c-section incision) and i think it definitely adds to the pain. Those muscles and such don't always fully heal properly.

Sounds like round ligament pain. I agree with PP, you need more support. My friends doc recommended for her to wear a bathing suit for support and I use this Spanx tank top. It helps a lot!!

I believe it. Thank you ladies. Hey I was thinking. I had a c-section with my first and thats about where my pain is. Do you ladies think its those muscles and things being stretched again causing so much pain.? (Just a thought)

Ya you are going to have waaaay more aches and pains with this twin pregnancy. And your growing faster. Prolly pulled ligament. Tylenol, and warm bath may help. Good luck!

You may want to look into one of those belly support bands & tylenol. With carrying two you may very well be pulling a muscle. Call or talk to your dr at your next apt if it doesn't get or gets worse.
