I see a lot of people with cute curly hair styles but none of them fit my face lol so I was hoping y'all would have some more tips for me

Give it a good wash. Use a leave in, there are so many good ones on the market. Let that cook on your hair by putting a shower cap on then put a hot, soaked, hand towel over that and another shower cap. The steam helps your hair get all that good moisture. Rinse that out when it's all done. Use a leave in conditioner. I use "kinky curly knot today" at this point because it gives a ton of slip to detangle my hair. (I know most people say it is bad to detangle you hair after conditioning because it can cause it to break easier, but if you are careful you'll be okay. I feel detangling now helps my curls form better) drip dry your hair with an old tee shirt to prevent frizz. I add my oils now. Again, different hair types take different oils better. (My hair loves Argan and coconut oil.) Then try Shea's moisture curly milk. It will not weight down your curls at all. That's it, less product can be more sometimes. If my hair is being extra crazy I'll add a tiny bit of gel. From here you can air dry it or if you want more defined curls and better bounce you can blow dry. Use low heat, and a diffuser. Flip your head over and cup the curls. Dry the roots first for more volume. Good luck!!

Back to you OP, I think your hair looks amazing, but what are you wanting? If you want it straight a trip to the Dominican salon and you'll be good to go. If you want defined curls a good deep conditioning routine should help.

Two strand twist, Bantu knots, wash & go to define your curls.

It's to the middle of my back but it always scrunches up to my shoulders. The longer it gets the more poofy it gets ?.

I have the exact same hair. Deep condition it on the regular and if you don't like the volume grow it out some.

I personally hate poofy hair so I never keep mine above my shoulders

I have stuff for my 1 year old daughter called aunt jackies curls & coils and it's amazing!!

Her hair is a very strange texture as I'm white and her dad is 1/2 African and 1/2 Indian so without this stuff she has a matted ball of hair lol

You put a tear drop size and put it through your damp hair then comb it to detangle and scrunch your curls back in, you can blow dry or leave it to dry on its own

My hair doesn't look good in a bun unless slicked back lol trust me the struggle is real

Like regular old school two strands of hair and wrap them around each other...anything other than that i wouldn't know how to do. I don't do a bunch of new stuff i like keeping it simple. And it works.

I love your hair. It looks like mine. I either wear it curly or straighten it. I really don't put anything in my hair but what helps the dryness is when my hair is wet i comb it out, put some non greasy moisturizer in it and little Argan or coconut serum on my ends ONLY then put like 5 or 6 big twists in my hair let it air dry, take them out then shake your hair around. Trust me it looks great. Natural but not frizzy. Idk I'm from the west coast i love beach hair. Straightening is for my get it girl, wanting to be extra cute days. Less heat is better

I haven't tried sea salt in my hair before, just serums and they weigh my hair down

Oh my goodness this is so pretty as it is. I love big voluminous hair. Maybe you could use a shine spray or leave in oils to bring a bit of definition to your curls.

Well. Does sea salt spray help in texturing you hair? Maybe a serum would work better for thicker hair. I am not sure though

If I had this exact hair in this picture I would rock it with just some sea salt spray and LOVE it. It's SO beautiful!!!! With all that volume some fun fishtail braids would probably look stinking awesome in your hair too! I have crazy curls but the thinnest hair ever so my only option is really to flat iron it, so I envy yours a ton!!!
