Hello crib! Damien officially turns 4 months old today and fornthe last 3 nights has slept through the night unswaddled in his crib! He has also taken all of his naps in his crib. Last night he fell asleep on his own in his crib, the first time falling asleep without one of us holding him, and he just did the same this afternoon for a nap.
The suit is a little bulky ay first and slightly hard to get on, but we got used to it. Depending on the temperature of your house you will need socks with it cause the feet are open. It says on the website it's fine to use in room temperatures up to 71. We have central air so it's always about 60 degrees in our room so we just put a onsie under it with socks and haven't had a problem at all with him overheating. He loves warmth so I think that may be why it works so well
Haha, yea.. Damien still spits up a bit and he has mighty poops so I don't want to risk it. We had 8 swaddle blankets as backups lmao. I don't run any risks when it comes to a sleeping baby. ??
Lol the company that makes the suits needs to start paying Amanda for her endorsements lol.
We're actually ordering a second as a backup incase of accidents, thats how dependent we are lmao.
Also a big shout out to Amanda (@May05) for suggesting Baby Merlins magic sleep suit. We never would have reached this point without it.

Is this chicken pox?
He has eczema on his shoulders, but the rash on his back is different, appeared last night and he now has some on his neck and chest too.
Help!
My baby finally fell asleep in his crib last night he takes his nap in there but would never sleep at night and his dad said it's time for him to sleep in his crib something I have been telling him for a while now so let's see how long this last.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Idk if this is a little to harsh but my stepson is 2 and 7 months now the time outs are not working so I stepped it up a little and decided to take all toys away and tv away for whatever he has left of the day till bed time. Gets it taken for hitting us or throwing toys or kicking... He kicked me right in the mouth last night so he didn't get his toys till after nap and no cartoons and thats around 4pm is this to much??
My 4 month old does not like to take naps in his own crib. He sleeps in it during the night until he wakes to eat then I bring him to our bed but naps during the day he won't budge. Any tips to get him to start falling asleep in his own bed?
Yes. He naps in it
