Yup, it's a little pillow headrest that came with the stroller. The pillow and interior is reversable too! It's a Maxi Cosi Dana stroller. We love it. We wanted the Adorra but the price was out of reach for us lol, so DHs family got us this one which is the smaller version.. we love it!

YW. Damien is very curious when we're out so if he's awake and can't see what's going on he gets mad lol. We tried it in the house first and was told if he slumps then no, otherwise go for it momma!

Thank you! The padding in Jack's car seat is also very thick and hot. I want to start walking with him, but without having to put him in the car seat. :)

It fully reclines too for when he's sleeping.
