Zucchini boats made by hubby.
Mary·15.07.2017Makes 2 servings.Ingredients:2 medium zucchini1/2 pound ground turkey1/2 onion chopped1/2 cup tomatoes diced1 cup cheddar cheese shredded1 tablespoon italian herbs1 tablespoon garlic powderDirections:1. Cut zucchini long-ways down the middle, scrap out the insides and set aside2. Brown turkey in pan breaking it up into small pieces3. Add onions, insides of zucchini, tomatoes and seasonings into pan and sauté until onions are tender4. Fill zucchini boats with mixture and top with cheese5.
