*ignore the filter* We noticed his pupils are uneven the other day. We have a Dr appt on Monday but I could use positive stories to get me through the weekend cause like a dummy I googled it. He has no symptoms and is meeting all his milestones, so I was hoping to find others whose kid(s) had uneven pupils and there was nothing wrong.

I have never seen this. I hope someone can offer some insight. Hope it's nothing and that your sweet baby is fine.

ETA: It looks like he is wall-eyed in the picture, but his eyes focus straight so that part is ok. Its just his pupils that are off

Thanks @yessie. Poor boy has been through a lot recently so we're hoping he catches a break.

Go outside and wait 10 minutes, if the pupils are still uneven get it checked out. Pupils can become slightly uneven when there is bad lighting, no big deal, it's common.

My dd (2) has had one pupil bigger than the other since she was like probably a month or two old. It kind of comes and goes and seems to be worse when she's tired. Her pediatrician looked at it a few times and an eye dr once when she was still super young & both said there isn't anything to worry about, but just to keep an eye on it and let them know if there's anything else that pops up.

Try having bright light on. Cover his eyes really well for 30 second and uncover them at the same time, see what the reaction is like. He may have uneven pupils simply due to the lighting.

Update I brought him outside and his pupils were even the whole time we were out, then as soon as we went in they were uneven so I'm thinking it is nothing serious and just how his pupils respond. They also dilate the same so I'm relieved although still at a loss.
