@lmr. With my first it was through speakers but not super loud, the nurses loved it. I would turn it down of they needed to hear baby.

Definitely and see if you can find translations for the lyrics. Sufism is the concept of seeing the divine in everything. I discovered it when I was going through severe depression two years ago. It actually helped me more than talk therapy and even anti depressants. If you've ever read poetry by Rumi it's the same concept.

I have all my favorite Sufi music on a playlist on Spotify. It's a version of Islamic devotional music but not. Hard to explain. It just makes me feel very calm.
