Hey everyone I’m 21x1 today and I woke up dizzy and I’ve been dizzy all day. I’ve been drinking lots of water and I ate a pb&j to see if it would help and it didn’t. Found out a couple days ago I had to be referred to a high risk center due to low fluids and my ‘placenta not looking 100%’ (quoting from my doctor..) I haven’t fallen over, but I’ve been sitting down and I’ve been having to move something like my arm or my head to stabilize myself.. does this have something to do with baby having low fluid?? :( is she okay? Should I go to the er?

~edit~ the dizziness feels like when you’ve had too much to drink and you go lay down and the world starts spinning. My moms telling me this isn’t normal and I’m freaking out??

Definitely call your doctor, try drinking electrolytes (Gatorade or Powerade) as well as water

I can’t call my doctor after 4:30 (that’s when my doctors office closes and everyone goes home)

I would call the er and see if they want you to come in. I agree on drinking water or Gatorade just to be safe. Make sure to call the OB er sometimes the regular ER does things your OB would advise against you can use google to find and ob er

Any update? Also, lots of doctors offices have 24-hour nurse phone lines so you can talk to somebody about your symptoms. Maybe your doctor office has one too?

The dizziness went away the day after I made this post, I figured it was just from baby growing. I go in to the high risk center today so I’m gonna talk to them and ask them why it was happening :(
