it's a joke!!!

Ok so I have shared care between consultant and midwife (am in uk) I am 36 + 4 and consultant has discharged me from her clinic but told me to see my midwife at 38 weeks. Phoned surgery today to make appointment to be told she is fully booked and receptionist will get her to call me mon to see if she can squeeze me in!!! at 38 weeks!!! Not a prob as I will just book appoint with doc

Pass no heed on receptionist!

They're often like vicious guard dogs - my gp's have 2 that are unbelievable!

U'll probably find midwife will fit u in no probs.

That's awful!! We are given priority at my doctors to see the midwife from 37 weeks! Hope you get to see someone!! X
