When you can’t help but smile! ??

@tbrooks I'm ok. My mum's helping for a week so she's helping me get up to speed with my housework. But generally I think I'm coping well and I'll be fine when she leaves ?? pain is better today ? xxx

@kim. Ah yes I imagine that makes it all worse. Fingers crossed you start to be in less pain so you can enjoy those boys. How are they doing? X

@Brooks it's sorer they said cause I got a general and sterilized at the same time as my c-section and i have to control the pain meds on my own but if it was done with an epidural the pain would have gradually came back and I would have gotten used to it but because it was a general i woke up in agony and my mum was crying cause i was moaning ? the first thing I asked the doctor when I was half awake was 'did you sterlize me?' ?? got my priorities right ??

@kim I must have been really lucky as I declined all pain meds as soon as I could. Big hugs to you and hope it eases soon x

I stayed 5 days after my c section, how come u come home so early? At least the babies come home with u

I'm home now @kitty so my mum will be keeping me topped up. ? I woke up in agony last night and I got 1 tramadol ? I mean I know tramadol is strong but Iv had major surgery. 1 tramadol really isn't really isn't gonna cut it ?? xxx

@kim- they were like that with me after my section. Be pushy. Keep topped up- it really helps.

Sore and run down ? but I'll get there lol. They don't seem to want to part with their pain relief in the maternity ward and I'm having to ask for it ? xxx
