Do all babies get their blood tested at birth (for blood type not screening) and if so where would I find out my girls blood type? X

I only know mine from the booking bloods because I'm O- and need the anti D injection. I don't know exact blood types but I know ones negative like me. The other ones different from me because I had to get another Anti D when he was born. They never told me their blood types although could be wrote down somewhere, I've never noticed it in notes etc though xx

Im rhesus negative so i needed the Anti-D injection, i needed the anti-d with both my sons after delivery because their blood type is positive but i didn't need it with my daughter because her's was same as mine. If both you and your partner have positive blood group they wont tell you.

My babies were tested as my blood type is negative but apparently the result isn't recorded anywhere in the paperwork you come home with. I asked at my doctor surgery too whether it shows on his record and they said no. Not sure if it would be written in the detailed maternity notes that are kept at the hospital but I think you have to pay to access them.

They tested holly to see if positive or negative as I'm negative but I don't know if she's A- or O-

I'm O- so they tested Bethany for the Rh factor (she's Rh-), but they didn't tell me if she's A or O.
OH is A-, so we knew by 28 weeks that she'd be Rh- as well.

I don't think so. I don't need to know I'm just curious. Me and hubby are A+ so they are either A or O and they are identical so the same as each other. X
