I get one every 4 weeks, otherwise I'd be out. Lol I have scoliosis, so my back is in pain as it is. With baby pulling in the front it only got worse. For prenatal massages they have you lay on your side, with a pillow between your legs, and one for between your arms/under your head. Then they have you roll over to do the other side. They are amazing! I don't think I could function without them. :)

I had one at about 5 months when I could still lay on my stomach and it was great. I'm going to go for another in the next month but I'm not sure how it will be as I can no longer be on my stomach and if I'm on my back the baby goes nuts lol

I had a full body pregnancy massage with my first at 38 weeks, with this one they say it helps you go into labour. Had a lovely tummy rum and baby and me loved it. Felt so good to have every bit of me soothed. That night i went into labour. Planing to have the same massage this time close to my due date and see if i can get this baby 2 weeks early hehe. Have had a normal back neck shoulder and head and it was worth every penny. Hopefully fitting another one in b4 christmas

I've been getting them since 13 weeks now 27+6. My therapist is my life saver atm. She also does Labour massage to assist pain relief abd we're highly considering having her there as my 2nd support. She will do upto 15hrs massage at the labour.

As a massage therapist I say DO IT ! If it hurts ask the therapist to use less pressure. You are in charge. Not them. You are paying. It would be like going in and letting your stylist decided your hair cut. But really it is good for you and for baby.

Ftm, previous back problems. I go once a week (since I hit 16w currently I'm 27w ) and I absolutely love it. Prenatal massages are even more heavenly then non pregnancy massages. So worth going

I get one every week. But I have an old back injury and developed a herniated disc in my lower back at 20 weeks. They are a godsend.

Do it! I'm a massage therapist and I recommend them as frequently as possible during pregnancy. Helps with pain, water retention and emotional balance!!
