I will try these suggestions. The only problem is is it's always a different number. Every morning it's a different number and state. That's what makes it annoying. They don't say anything about a company name. It just says I have a special opportunity to help my credit blah blah blah. I can block every number that calls but it's just another number that calls the next day.

Cm security has a few apps that help with this. The one specifically will autoreject calls that other users have recorded as spam.

The FCC has a complaint form online. I find it weird that when you agreed to speak to someone, the call ended.

Just block the number on your phone.

I have heard scammers are doing this kind of thing. Said on news not to say a word.

Don't answer and don't press anything. Just by answering you're proving to the scammers it's an "active" number so they'll keep trying.
