I read in another article that he was a witness in the molestation trial in 2001. So he did know about it for over a decade.

It just seems strange that this guy has been out of prison for 11+ years and the dad waits that long to take him out... I thinks there's a lot more to this story that the media is leaving out.

Pp fox news and CBS both reported on it. Seems real. Is it a little odd though because he went to shoot the guy after an argument with the daughter and she told him. But he didn't know about the trial when the man was convicted in the first place? It does seem odd. They make it sound like he just found out.

Had he carried this out sooner (as in right after the pedophile was released) I bet he would have got a lighter sentence.

I'm assuming he tried shooting the other guy because he felt he had nothing to lose (as he was on his way to kill someone). Might as well take out as many "bad guys" as you can.... Idk...

I have pure hatred for people who rape and/or harm children so I don't have any empathy for the victim of this shooting.

Maybe this guy will only serve part of his sentence just like his victim did....

They switched the sex of the shooter. I hate errors in publications. It makes them lose credibility.

If the victim agrees they can say names. Also this happened in 2014 it said.

Yes I know that pp. I'm saying he should've rot in prison instead of only doing 27 months and let out. The poor daughter has to live with this now. And the father was hurt and angry for his daughter. Our justice system is messed up.

He shot up a convenience store on the way to kill the guy. He acted out of impulse and was doing it after an altercation with his daughter.

While I admire him getting revenge for his daughter, because honestly 27 months in jail for the rape of a child is clearly not enough, it wasn't his place to murder him.
