uhh I'm a baby!
So my friend is expecting a baby boy in June and I was going to go ahead and give her some of the clothes Connor has grown out of..well you guessed it, I totally burst into tears looking at all of it ? lol I have this crazzyyy attachment to all of it! Please tell me I'm not being ridiculous, because I'm pretty sure this is how hoarding begins lol!
Thank you ladies! Its good to know I'm not the only one? It also helped to hear a different view on it and it will be nice to see another little one wearing his things. I will definitely hold on to home coming outfit and maybe one more special outfit.?
It's OK to keep 2 or 3 favorites. I have for each of mine. I have 2 that all of them have worn and one from dd. And then I have kept their hospital hats and first pair of shoes. Totally normal though and the nice thing about giving them to a friend is that you get to see it again on another little. I love seeing my girls clothes on my friends little girl. It's great seeing them being used again.
This is definitely me! I have a few friends having babies girls or boys. I have a 13 month old daughter and a 10 week old baby boy. Looking at all their clothes they don't fit into anymore, and trying to part with them, breaks my heart! So, I have boxes upon boxes of baby girl and baby boy clothes ?
Keeping all my sons stuff! His newborn clothes are already in a tub in the garage and I'm weeding through other outfits as we dress him and see they don't fit anymore. Mostly keeping them because we are planning for another in the future and don't want to have to rebuy everything if we have another boy. If it's a girl I will get rid of then
I'm also keeping 2-3 of my favorites of his out of the tub for his personal box, stuff to give him when he gets older, show him how small he was and all that. My mom did the same
