I've told dh, my mom and dh parents. I'm waiting to tell anyone else. I'm super nervous about this pregnancy. This is my third. I had a miscarriage between my first and second daughter. Hoping all is well with this baby. I'm just worried about showing since I showed really early with my daughters.

We did ivf, and most of our family knows that we were doing fertility treatments; however, we only told a few people that it worked. I go back for my third beta Monday and I want to get through the first u/s before we share with everyone else. My due date is Jan 1, 2016.

I'm still really early 4wk 4dy. I lost my 1st at 9-10 weeks. I've already told a handful of close friends , my mom boyfriend & my managers at work ? . Maybe I should I have waited , but I'm just so excited to me pregnant with my little biscuit! Well either announce with a cute pic after we hear the heart beat . Not sure yet tho ?????

I told 3 close friends but waiting till my 8week ultrasound before telling my mom and my boyfriends parents.

I have told some family and close friends already. Only because in the event that something does happen I want to have as much support as possible. Won't be telling my sd (hubby has custody and she lives with us) until after 2nd trimester though because she was completely devastated with my last 2 losses :-(

I don't think I'll be able to wait as long this time around. I hear you get big quicker the 3rd time ? also, I'd want to tell my kids now as soon as possible, but will be terrified of them spilling the beans... So I guess I don't know. But I love waiting until close to the half way mark! ? it makes it seem to go faster for me (I don't really enjoy being pregnant) & our family is always shocked that we wait & fast it seems to go for them too. It's just fun to keep it to ourselves!

I'm definitely waiting. I just had another mc at 12weeks in February. I can't go through the awkwardness of telling people that again, God forbid. We had just told everyone 2 days before I found out about my mc. I had a ton of ultrasounds so we thought we were in the clear too.

We are waiting as long as we can because my sister and his brother are both having babies in sept/Oct and its both of their firsts so we don't wanna steal their fire. I'm petite and it will be my second baby so I hope don't pop too early. I would really like to wait until we are more than 4 months.

Planning on waiting going to try Til first trimester is done, but I'm not sure I can hold off that long! We've told a few friends and my parents. That's it.

We waited that long because I don't like people in my face when suggestions and advice. And my husband was terrified

@leslieann626 wow we have been through like the same thing! I'm praying that this pregnancy for us will result in beautiful babies!!

@caitlyn0617 I may have to tell ONE of my friends an only because I will probably need her to watch my 3 year old for my first appointment! & wow you waited til 20 weeks!? I couldn't do it! lol FX that you get your bfp:)

@crobinson0212 have you already booked an appointment? I just booked mine for May 21st! should be just at 8 weeks at that point!

I already told my sisters and my husbands mom but we wont be announcing it on fb until 13 weeks i was so excited i had to tell people lol

We will be waiting until after the first dr appointment to announce! I've already told my 2 best friends but that's it!

I haven't gotten a BFP yet either. But IF we do, we will probably tell one of my husbands brothers & a few close friends right away. Everyone else (including our parents) won't find out until close to 20 weeks or until I can't hide it anymore :) that's what we've done the last two pregnancies & it's fun to keep it our little secret for a while :) especially since they will bother us about a name & chances are we won't share that with them until the birth anyways ?

@Mwick we have A LOT in common lol! I also had a blighted ovum. 2 out of 3 (now 4) pregnancies were miscarriages. When my Doctor told me that "statistically, 2 miscarriages with a healthy pregnancy in between is healthy" i laughed and said, "so statistically, I have really s*** ty luck?". I'm ready for my rainbow baby and I'm sure you are too!

But last pregnancy we waited till 29 weeks, don't think we will wait that long but maybe August, on my parents 25th anniversary (theyre renewing vows)

@Leslieann626 I'm so sorry sweetie!! Its such a cruel thing to happen. My 2nd loss happened thanksgiving day..that one was a little different because it was a blighted ovum. There was never actually a baby. Was still heartbreaking. You hear people say that these things are flukes or like getting struck by lightning yet 3 out of 4 of my pregnancies have been losses. Anyways positive talk..we need to be POSITIVE! We will have sticky beans this time around!!5 minutes pregnant lol! Yea my mother in law is for sure waiting til after first trimester!! She has a big mouth! The entire family on my husbands side would know in .5 seconds lol!

I'm so sorry for your losses- i have also had 2 losses. One was right after Christmas this year where we told everyone ON Christmas Day... Definitely heartbreaking! For that reason my hubby and I will be keeping this one a secret (since i'm like 5 minutes pregnant!). I think we'll probably only share with our best friends as they are like family. I'm holding off on telling my actual, immediate family (who all lives out of state) until after I hear a heartbeat. My MIL is very negative so we'll probably tell her after 12 weeks lol

@Amylilly the 1st time we were pregnant we told everyone!! Its exciting! Fx you have a sticky baby!! I hope we both do so we can go through this together!:)

@LeeEze11 I'm so sorry for your loss! Our first and 3rd loss happened at 9 weeks. We finally had genetic testing done this last time and our little girl had turners syndrome. Which makes me think that maybe that's what happened with out 1st loss as well since we lost them at around the same time. I get worried that maybe that I cant stay pregnant if its a girl. I hope you get your rainbow baby soon sweetie! Fx!!

@Irobertson I'm sorry for your loss as well! Its not easy to go through! I wish I could relax and enjoy it. It was so hard today when I was on the phone with my mom and I couldn't tell her. But she has told me she doesn't want to know til about 12 weeks the next time I get pregnant. Soo she will wait lol

I've told a couple of close friends and my mum but other than that we won't be telling anyone else. Had a mc in feb so extra careful but didn't really tell many people then either.

mwick, IF I get my BFP we will wait... We lost our first pregnancy in January at 8-9 weeks. We told immediately family at Christmas after our first ultrasound and lost our baby a week later. So I completely understand not wanting to get everyone's hopes up!

We are going to try to hold off. I told a few friends and am telling my sister. Otherwise were going to try to wait. First time being pregnant so we don't want to jinx anything. I'm quite worried about the next few months, I just want it to stick!!! So were going to TRY waiting :)
