It is considered triphasic when u have 3 days of elevated temps in that third level of higher temps.. i think they stay within that third level afterwards.

I do believe the temps stay in the third level of temps...

It's basically a third level of higher temps!!! Where u can see another clear thermal shift on your chart! It is found in most pregnancy charts but some don't have it. But it's in more pregnancy charts than not .

You have pre ovulation temps... which is phase 1. Then you have post ovulation temps... where u can see a clear thermal shift.. a biphasic pattern. When u go triphasic... your temps rise to a third level of higher sustained temps...

What has to happen for it to be considered triphasic? I know that doesn’t necessarily mean anything pregnant vs not pregnant wise- but just trying to learn EVERYTHING I can.. xoxo thanks for putting up with me ladies.
