You have pre ovulation temps... which is phase 1. Then you have post ovulation temps... where u can see a clear thermal shift.. a biphasic pattern. When u go triphasic... your temps rise to a third level of higher sustained temps...
It's basically a third level of higher temps!!! Where u can see another clear thermal shift on your chart! It is found in most pregnancy charts but some don't have it. But it's in more pregnancy charts than not .
It is considered triphasic when u have 3 days of elevated temps in that third level of higher temps.. i think they stay within that third level afterwards.
Your chart literally reminds me of mine with my bfp in October. U can look. Good luck! Looks great but I also understand the not wanting to get your hopes up. Every month prior to my bfp I over analyzed everything. And that month I was all no it’s just teasing me. Lol. Sending u baby dust!!!!
