Last Tuesday I gave my daughter sweet potatoes for the first time and the next day she got a really bad rash and didn't think anything of the solid thought it was from her teething so bad so I brought her to the doctor got medicine cuz she's allergic to I believe zinc so I used cream for a day didn't give her the solid in two days and rash went away. ....today I tried the sweet potatoes again and the rash came back . .do u think she's allergic the the sweet potatoes ?

I would think so but you would need to get evaluation done by your dr to make sure. I would stop the sweet potatoes and see if it goes away.

How odd. That seems like an unusual thing to he allergic to. I'd contact an allergist. Good luck.

My first had a rash with sweet potatoes. Or I swore it was anyway haha. Everyone told me it would be rare for sweet potatoes to cause that but it was the only thing he had eaten so I just quit giving it to him.
