Hey lady's does anyone else feel this way or is it just me? Well to day for the 1st time in ages we had enough money to go out as a family but because of me we didn't, i tryed to find clothes that didn't make me look huge but couldn't so i just started crying and said to my partner im noy going but didn't say why so me and my little boy started at home while he took my little girl out, i just bring my self to go out apart from taking my girl to school i never leave the house because the way i look now yes i know what you're gonna say well go do something about but thats the thing i am iv lost 10lbs in 7 weeks and still going only i cany see it,so to me im still this same old fat mother that has no life or friends and just don't know what do to do now any advice?? Xx

Sounds like your making a good start but it's definitely a bigger issue than weight. I'm big and yes I can feel insecure about it at times but I still go out the house. Maybe try to seek some professional help/ advice. I'm guessing you have anxiety issues they might be able to help. It's no good for you or your children to be stuck at home all the time.
I deffinitley recommend a weighted hula hoop, I do 20 minutes a day atm and have been for just over a week now and see such a difference, plus its fun so doesn't seem like excercise xx

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
