Has anyone else chafed before like in between their thighs ? Omg !!!! I have it on both thighs & it hurts so bad . I bought chafing cream & gauze pads with bandages 😩 then I’ll let it air out later I’ve never had this happen before ..

Next time you wear shorts or may sweat enough to cause a rash then rub stick deodorant on your inner thighs after getting dressed. It prevents the rash!! 😆

This is why I have to wear compression shorts under my dresses in the summer 🙃 I hear astroglide helps but I’ve never tried it.

- I can’t remember.. skin will be red and raised ? And it hurts. I’ve not had it since I’ve been pregnant.

I just bought anti-chafe stuff because it's so bad! But yes, mine can definitely burn.

- Used to happen often when I played soccer.. Medicated powder worked best for me.. as well as deodorant regularly when not irritated 😅

Contraction questions I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
So my cousin gave me a bunch of her maternity clothes and omg I can't get the pants over my thighs lmao!! This chick wore maternity size xs! I couldn't have fit these before I got pregnant haha!! sorry for the underwear pic...

Thank y'all! I'm on the road to recovery for right now BUT whenever I heal all the way I will definitely remember all these tips TRUST me I'm waddling A LOT more now because the pain hurts so bad . But thank you to everyone who commented 😌
