My 9 month old refuses to crawl.
Like, he will walk/run in his walker, just fine. But refuses to crawl. Won’t even get in his knees. He sits up just fine, sits up on his own.
A psychical therapist told me that he HAS to crawl before he walks. He just has to.
I’m over here worrying like crazy. 🙄😒😑

Lol what? He doesn't HAVE to. Some babies don't crawl!

My almost 9 month old won't either. She gets on knees, and will scoot backwards, but won't crawl.

@kambam, I’ve been literally trying so hard to get him to crawl. He’s like “no mom. I’m walking”

@dcjc_x2, he won’t get on his knees that much. He straight legs me and stands up to walk. 🤦🏽♀️

Maybe they'll just skip it. My girl won't really stand unless she's in walker though. She just likes to jump. Like no. Stand up. Lol

@dcjc_x2, my oldest did that! He had a jumper and that’s all he wanted to do was jump.

@oreojunkii I took her jumper down stairs, she didn't like being in it! Just wants to jump on your lap or floor. 🙄 Stubborn babies!

Both my kids bum shuffled! Dd didn’t walk till she was 16 months and Ds was 2!! They both only ‘properly’ crawled a few weeks before they walked! Every child is different!
