She's so cute. I'd lower her straps so they come from below her shoulders and bump her chest clip up

The chest clip got moved after the picture, as said in the op. That's as low as the straps go in this seat, it was driving me crazy, but the manual says that as long as we keep the head rest in there until she's at the first slot, then it's fine.

Oh wow what seat is that? Just for future reference because that would drive me nuts. If that's what's in your manual go with that.
