You Literally could have done anything else
I am 38 weeks today, it's really really hard for me to get comfortable enough to sleep, SO knows this. He knows that i usually don't fall asleep until late, sometimes i'm still up when he gets up for work. He got to sleep from about 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon until his alarm woke him up at 2am.

Omg my husband does this. I will finally fall asleep around 5am and our son gets up around 8 or 9. He gets up at 6 for work. What does he do? Slams cabinets amd doors and makes so much noise it sounds like a tornado tearing through the house. Then when i yell at him to keep it down he decides he wants to have a full on comversation until i start throwing things at him. So irritating.

I finally fell back asleep around 5am, i'm now up and waiting for my SIL to drop my niece off, she's sick so hopefully it'll be a lazy day with some naps ?

My younger brother learned the hard way not to do this. I was asleep on a meters on the floor, visiting my mum. He tickled my feet whilst standing over my legs and my reaction was to kick him in the groin. Oops lol

Pregnancy insomnia is the worst! I had it too, and if one more person had told me its mothers natures way of preparing me for no sleep when baby gets here I'd have hit them! Surely I shouldve been getting more sleep to stop me being sleep deprived!!! I feel angry for you, hence my rant ?
