Meal prep for a week. On the right middle are wraps. Does this look like enough for one person for 7 days?

The Tupperware is freezable so he can put whatever he wants in the freezer. The only thing he can’t really put in the freezer would be the wraps. So if it is too much he can save it for next week. ?

It was easy and took a few hours to do. But this would save so much time in the week!

How do u keep the wraps from getting soggy?

I didn’t use a ton of mayo or ranch just enough to add flavor. And I used the turkey to shield the ranch, the lettuce to shield the chicken salad. Usually works for a few days. The day I eat them I add a little more ranch if they are too dry.

You can use large pieces of lettuce to wrap the goods in the tortilla that helps too.
