If you filled it out once on an iPhone it saves information with your Apple ID. ??‍♀️ maybe that’s what happened @mamak

It syncs with other apps, so you probably forgot that you put in you height for one app.

The counter is so off unless you have your phone on you all day. My phone says i only walked 1,000 steps but my Fitbit says i walked over 6,000 step today. (Slow day for me ?)... i normally have over 11,000 steps a day. But i never have my phone on me.

Thanks! That's cool. It also shows the stats from my apple watch. I knew my watch tracked steps but I don't always remember to put my watch on in the morning.

I’m not worried about what it misses. Hoping it will encourage me to walk more though

But that’s only counting when you have your phone on you. I don’t go everywhere with my phone so it’s missing a ton

I used to have a tracking app but I did not always have my phone by my side so I ended up buying a fitbit.

I knew i tracked my steps... but i just checked again and it has my height and weight correctly. How does it know that info ?

Yes because my husband always annoys me trying to see who had more steps during the day lol

Dd was playing with my phone and opened the app! I would have never known lol
