Breast milk and congestion?
I've read it helps. A couple drops in each nostril. My nanny said she had a sinus infection but I'm guessing it was a head cold. Because my baby has woken up 5 times throughout the night so congested she can't sleep. It was sad. Any way, have any of you tried dropping BM in your babies nostril to help?? Did it help?

Yeah I did when he was a newborn because he was swollen from suctioning. It's an anti-inflammatory too I guess. I think it helped. It can't hurt.

I'll try when I notice she's congested again. She has been breathing ok for a little bit now.
