Best time to start shopping??

I dont have a best time to do it. I just do it whenever I want but some ppl say is better in the start of second trimester because u are out of the woods.

Well I'm almost there! I don't even know where to start or if I'm going to have a baby shower. I'm sure my family will throw one, but idk if I can wait to buy things lol

I bought a sleeper at 7 weeks.

If you are not sure then make a list. Clothes/ gear/ etc... Id say start on the gender neutral clothes until u know what baby is.

Ok I can do that. Would it be to soon to start a baby registry?

I did mine as soon as I found out the sex at 16 weeks but if you don't mind gender neutral you can go for it.

I didn't buy anything until after my baby shower at 33 weeks. We bought 3 outfits ourselves, 2 after we found out the sex. We received most of the big items and plenty of clothes as gifts. We only had to buy things like a first aid kit, thermometer, bottle sterilizer, diaper pail, etc... I'm 35+3 weeks now and I went on my final shopping trip today!

When U no the gender

I started buying some stuff as soon as I found out I was pregnant!

I was wondering the same thing.. I'm 26 weeks now and haven't bought anything yet but maybe onesies and hats but nothing big.. should I start?

^^ of course! Whenever you want! I bought what I needed 2 days before I gave birth. Actually I was having contractions in Burlington's line wairing to pay all of the stuff that I had time to buy weeks prior but was too lazy to do it. 2hrs later my water broke. U have time but eventually time is up lol

I started stalking up on diapers and wipes, when I was about 10 weeks. I also bought some gender neutral blankets and some white long sleeve onsies since it will be so cold when he is born. I'd say I'm glad I did his closet is now full of nb to size 3 diapers and I doubt I will run out of wipes for a couple months! ?

thanks for your responses! I think I feel good about starting to buy things then. ? I'm excited. I love baby stuff. I would always go to baby showers so I could get little things lol. I just didn't want to start too soon.

Just don't buy too much yet if you think you will have a baby shower. I found it fun to look for clearance/sales because I felt like I was saving $ on something I might buy anyway! Just keep all receipts!

We started after 20 week scan because its easy once you know gender... We are not having baby shower since i am on strict bedrest ...I am 33 weeks and we bought almost everything we needed.

I'm 28 weeks and have only bought a couple outfits and some other clothes. I'm waiting until after my baby shower to buy bigger things.

About 20 weeks. We wanted to wait until we knew gender to really start buying.
