I would go to urgent care. I am presently dealing with a horrendous bladder and kidney infection-my only symptom prior to a 103 temp and being unable to stand was irritating pain in my lower abdomen. I still have no pain with urination, no frequency and no color change to my urine.

I have felt nauseous but no fever that I'm aware of. I'm more than likely willing to go into the hospital tonight.

RLQ pain is not something to mess with. Have you felt nauseous? Low grade fever?

It could be as simple as a cyst, but I wouldn't risk it.

I had appendicitis 5 weeks ago & had to have emergency surgery. It was really painful & I have a pretty good pain tolerance. I couldn't stand up straight, it felt like I was being stabbed repeatedly, no matter what position I was in I was still in pain. Nothing helped until it was removed. It's best to get yourself checked. If it is appendicitis & it happens to rupture, it can be fatal.
