Cross posting from ttc. I'm looking for recommendations! Anyone try Don Quai, Vitex and Maca root? We bought all of them last month however we've only been taking Maca Root regularly for a month now. We read Don Quai and Vitex can mess with your cycles if they're regular which mine are. Is this true?

This is what I plan on adding to my diet so far!!! Avocados, beans, sweet potatoes, maca root, and brown eggs! 🤗❤
Vitex!!!
Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

I don't have an answer to your question but I'll say this: when it's time to BD, use Preseed. I'm convinced it's what got us pregnant with our daughter ?

Thank you so much ladies! I went on supplements and they actually seemed to help my Cycle! I usually bleed for 1-2 days and this month I started the supplements including Vitex and I bled for a day and a half, stopped for a day or two then my period restarted and I bled for another 5 days! Even if it wasn't the supplements I'm happy! Hopefully my Cycle will be normal next month. ??❤️???
