Fertility Supplements
I'm looking for recommendations! Anyone try Don Quai, Vitex and Maca root? We bought all of them last month however we've only been taking Maca Root regularly for a month now. We read Don Quai and Vitex can mess with your cycles if they're regular which mine are. Is this true?
We finally did it after 10 months!!!!
This is what I plan on adding to my diet so far!!! Avocados, beans, sweet potatoes, maca root, and brown eggs! 🤗❤

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

I've tried both Maca Root and Vitex.
I can't remember how long I took Maca for..It was definitely a few months or so and I believe Vitex for like 7 months...something like that.
I have regular cycles and neither of them messed it up.
I had no luck. I hope you do though!??

Geritol (folic acid 380mg)
Folic acid 400mg (take half)

I took vitex. It only messed with my cycle for the first month (shortened it by almost a week) before regulating. I found that it increased CM, stopped the spotting I was having 2 days before and after AF, balanced my hormones. My 4th month taking it I got my BFP.

Thank you so much ladies! I went on supplements and they actually helped my Cycle! I usually bleed for 1-2 days and this month I started the supplements including Vitex and I bled for a day and a half, stopped for a day then my period restarted and I bled for another 5 days! I now appear to be ovulating on time. Even if it wasn't the supplements I'm happy! ??❤️???
