Thank you so much ladies! I went on supplements and they actually seemed to help my Cycle! I usually bleed for 1-2 days and this month I started the supplements including Vitex and I bled for a day and a half, stopped for a day or two then my period restarted and I bled for another 5 days! Even if it wasn't the supplements I'm happy! Hopefully my Cycle will be normal next month. ??❤️???

I now appear to be ovulating on time. Even if it wasn't the supplements I'm happy! ??❤️???

I took vitex. It only messed with my cycle for the first month (shortened it by almost a week) before regulating. I found that it increased CM, stopped the spotting I was having 2 days before and after AF, balanced my hormones. My 4th month taking it I got my BFP.

Vitex can mess w your cycle other I know nothing about

Premama Fertility (folic acid 200mg)

Geritol (folic acid 380mg)

Folic acid 400mg (take half)

I've tried both Maca Root and Vitex.

I can't remember how long I took Maca for..It was definitely a few months or so and I believe Vitex for like 7 months...something like that.

I have regular cycles and neither of them messed it up.

I had no luck. I hope you do though!??
