Prenatals
I just started taking prenatal vitamins today and I feel kind of shaky. This usually happens if I take medication and don't eat at the same time. Does anyone else feel like this when they take their prenatals on an empty stomach?
Is there anyone here who doesnt take prenatals? I feel like I'm the only one. I dont take it because I end up throwing it up. And it doesnt make me feel good at all. I stopped taking them around week 7 week 8 and now that I'm almost 15 weeks, I'm feeling way better. I would have morning sickness everyday... now its hardly. I feel like a bad mom already but I'm eating healthy well plenty and drinking lots of water. Can someone ease me? I've heard of moms not taking them and having a perfectly healthy baby.

Do you take your prenatals?? I mean like everyday? I'll be the first to admit.. I take them like once every blue moon. I'm trying to get better at it though. I forget easily, plus I don't like being constipated!
My prenatal makes me feel awful, but i still take it. Just in little bites throughout the day..lol😛😝
What happens if you don't take your prenatal vitamins? Any mommies have experience this ? (I take mine but a friend of mine is so worried)

It can happen thats y it usually says take with food. Never happen to me though, I take mine at night before bed after dinner.

i used to get the jitters when i took them on an empty stomach, when i started taking them right before eating dinner it went away

i throw up if i take mine on an empty stomach. i HAVE to eat before hand, but i take them in the morning/ afternoon

Just wanted to make sure it was what I was thinking. I had ate an hr earlier and usually I am fine. My metabolism is pretty fast but seems like it's kicked it up a notch. Lol
