Tanning beds while breastfeeding
I love going tanning in the winter as it is the only thing I can use as an excuse to get out of the house for a few mins (plus everyone tells my how pale I am if I don't go) but I was wondering if any of you ladies have gone tanning while breastfeeding? Have you had a decrease in your supply? As it causes your body temperature to go up, will it affect my supply from heating up?

I don't use the lotion cause that's the first thing I thought of... I don't go too often either.. I used to go a lot before I got preggo but stopped n I've only gone a couple times since I've had her.

I asked my doctor, he said it was fine as long as the lotion stayed of my breasts and I didn't stay in there more than 10 min. But I only did it once a week just to have a little color. Just ask your doc
