Any luck with herb supplements?
1st acupuncture went well. The only needles that hurt were the points for my uterus and the tops of my feet (liver). She suggested I start 3 herb supplements, thyroid complex, adrenal complex and adapteogen -R3. Anyone had any luck with these? I hope it works and is worth the money. She said she wished I would push my IUI back to give her a month to work on me first but I just cant. I'm cd5.
I have not tried the herbs u mentioned. However, I started last month with a new acupuncturist. She is also a practitioner of Chinese medicine. She made me a special powered mix with Chinese herbs that I have been taking faithfully as a tea for almost a month. I feel good. More energy, warmer (I am a cold person usually, my hands and feet turn blue/purple) my hormones seem more balanced. I will continue these unless I go for another ivf. If we don't do another ivf, I will stay on them and keep doing acupuncture. I am very happy with the results so far. Even if I am not pregnant yet, or ever, at least I feel balanced
I took herbs for 3 months after my second failed ivf. I am 7 weeks today. Can’t say if it’s because of the herbs but I know acupuncture played a role in our BFP. Good luck!!
I’ve been doing acupuncture on and off for about a year. I hate the ones on the feet! But its so relaxing.
I don’t use herbs at all so cant comment. I would say tho, believe the acupuncture is working and it will! She fixed my digestive issues in one session so now I know for sure its helping TTC as well. All the best ?

I hate my generation sometimes ? Today was my nieces baby shower, which went great. She got so much which amazing since she's been working 2 jobs trying to save up for the unpaid leave she'll have to take from work. Anyways I was talking to one of the ladies there since my son and her daughter were playing together. I asked her what her daughters name was, she said it was Layla. I told her that's a really pretty name and asked her if she was a Clapton fan and if she was named after the song. This girl had no idea who Eric Clapton is. ? ♀ One of the most iconic songs, and she had no idea. I hate my generation. ?
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
My husband takes his cousin girlfriend to work. Should I be worried about the FEMALE coming on to my husband?
