COQ10 How much do we take?

I bought the ubiquinol COQ10 today for hubby and I. They are 100mg tablets. How many mgs should we be taking a day?

There’s a difference in the dose between coq10 and ubiquinol. For ubiquinol it’s 300mg , and for coq10 it’s around 800mg. That’s what I read anyway in the book “it starts with the egg”!

I have Diminished reserve, so they recommended 800 to me.

For females 400-600 mgs and males 200-400 mgs. You can all take other supplements along side of this...

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. IUI Monday!! So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years!!! It was a good thing we picked up a trigger shot before we left too :-)
