Advice for 1st time tigger EVER

Triggering (my first time ever ?) tonight in 2 hours and I was wondering if you have any tips or advice? I have a needle phobia so my husband is going to give me the ovidriel injection. I'm pretty nervous, is it painful? I just hope we do it right!

Pinch your skin really tight with two fingers. Then insert the needle slowly 
Release the pinch. 
Inject the medicine. 
Gently pinch the skin again
Take out the needle.

You are done and I guarantee it won’t hurt at all.

I thought the trigger was the most stressful part!!  But you’ve got this!  It only hurts a little and then you’ll be so relieved...at that point it’s pretty much out of your hands!  Good luck!

I was super nervous my first time. I watched YouTube videos for like an hour straight before we did it! It stings a little but it’s not bad. Good luck!!
