Just took my 1st dose of fermara & I'm super worried about the hair loss side effect. I already have androgenetic alopecia & lose a lot of hair everyday. Did anyone NOT experience hair loss while on fermara? I just don't want it to get worse. ?

I have bad hair loss issues with my thyroid and take it and have no extra loss issues.

I’ve done like 6 or do rounds of femara and haven’t had any issue with losing hair. My hair is thin anyway so I would definitely notice if I started losing any. Hopefully it’ll be the same for you! Gl hun!

I've taken letrozole (femera) numerous times and never had hair loss
