? creeped out
So the guy next door to me died a few days ago. His best friend found him in his home. Well the coroner came and put a sticker on the door. The sticker says not to be opened by anyone other than the coroner.

Did they leave the body in the house? That's weird, I wonder why it wasn't transported to the coroners office of the local morgue? ?
I hope there's an easy explanation behind it and he's resting peacefully.

Y'all should've recorded the shadows lol.
May that man RIP.

I keep checking in on this post and it's just creepy, creepy, creepy!

It could have been a sensory light but I dk if a rodent passing by would make it turn on and then the light stay on for two hours only. I would think it would come on and go off through out the night. But the lights don't do that. The shadows were kinda dancing on the wall. I'm not sure how to explain it. It could have been rodents but it was weird enough to have my hubby call the cops.

Wow that is weird. Were the shadows like human shadows or were they in a way that could've been rodents? It wasn't a timed light but could it have been one if a rodent passed by it, it would come on?

Last night was so weird!!!!!! So it was on and my hubby saw shadows on the walls so he called the cops. The cops came and they saw the shadows too. They called the coroner to come break the seal. This was at 845. They went in and said they couldn't find anyone in the house. But they said the place was filthy and it could be rodents casting shadows. They turned the lights off when they left. They couldn't find a timer or anything connected to the lights to turn off. They're supposed to tell his friend to turn off all utilities. The guy who passed away had no friends or family except the one guy.
@ice the house was locked down until last nights when the cops came to check.. The guy had screws in the window on the inside so people couldn't break in. The back door was screwed shut from the inside as well. There was also a sticker across the front door that said not be opened by anyone other than the coroner. It was still intact too. I think his spirit may still be there. He lived there for 18 years and died in the house. His friend said that he found him between the couch and table. ? He was nice guy who would always say hi to me and my girls. Always smiling. But he was ill.

So they leave the place unlocked?
Also was it a sensory light? And whoah I would be scared to even go in? but its a ghost adventurers moment.

How creepy ?
deleted-user·
But why would he set a timer to come on at 8 and go off by ten? I would understand all night so if he was gone it looks like someone's home but that's kind of weird.....?
deleted-user·
He probably had a timer set. Pay attention to the time it comes on and off. If it's the same time every night then he had a timer. If not then be scared . Lol

Definitely his ghost, no doubt about it!

Y'all I hope its on a timer too! ? I seriously keep looking out my door so if his friend stops I can ask him. If its on tonight I will assume its a timer.
deleted-user·
Hopefully it's on a timer as the others have suggested ?
deleted-user·
It's probably a light on a timer. That was my first thought as I was reading your post.

??

I'm thinking it's a timer.

I did think about that! But idk. I haven't seen his friend to ask. It comes on after its already dark outside. Like 830 then by 930-10 its off. Its creepy! The lights on the inside of the house not the outside. No outside lights. The front light hasn't been on since he passed just the back light.
deleted-user·
Could it be set on a timer? We have one set for our living room. Creepy if it isn't.
deleted-user·
Were they timed lights our front lights use to be on a timer they'd go on early in the am when SO would go to work and it was dark then they turn off around sunrise then back on around SO would come home then off around 10 pm
deleted-user·
The lights in my kitchen are on a little timer switch and turn on and off automatically at random times. Id guess thats what it is
deleted-user·
We have a timer system. Cruel but I'm laughing my head off at the fact you've probably run through loads of creepy scenarios and not come up with the most logical
deleted-user·
I have my living room lamp on an automatic timer because I like the warm light better than the overhead can lights. My husband likes it because it goes on even if we aren't home. Criminals aren't stupid but some will leave a house alone that has automatic lights because the likelihood that the house has other precautions is higher.
deleted-user·
Hopefully it's just automatic lights. Are the lights outdoors or inside the home? If it's outdoors it's more likely to be automatic timed lighting.

My grandparents had their lights on a timer. I'm not sure why, but they did.
